Making this moment even more special, THS alumni who now work at Cleaver-Brooks joined us for the presentation—a powerful example of Bulldogs giving back and investing in the next generation. ❤️💛
And that next generation is already at work! We’re proud of Thomasville High School students Ethan Ellis and Andrew Nissley, who are currently completing internships at Cleaver-Brooks. These Bulldogs are gaining real-world experience, learning valuable workplace skills and building connections that will carry with them beyond high school and into college and future careers.
This is Bulldog +1 in action. 🐾 Creating meaningful partnerships within our community that give students opportunities today while preparing them for success after graduation—enrolled, enlisted or employed.

Science is sweeter with Skittles! 🍬
We know that preparing for the Science Fair requires a lot from our aspiring scientists! To enhance their skill set, the students reviewed and practiced the scientific method with a fun Skittles Lab! They began by formulating a hypothesis. Then came the exciting part—opening the bags, sorting the Skittles, and determining the frequency of each color.
After collecting their data, students created graphs and completed analysis questions to draw conclusions from their results. And, of course, once the data was collected, the Skittles became a well-earned science snack!
Hands-on learning + data + candy = a pretty sweet day in science!🔬🧪

Thomasville City Schools wants to make our families and community aware that beginning Monday and during the first part of the week, we will be conducting scheduled fire drills, safety drills, and preparedness activities on our grades 6–12 campus in coordination with local emergency response partners.
During this time, you may notice an increased presence of fire trucks, law enforcement vehicles, and other emergency response personnel in and around the campus.
Please know there is no emergency. These are planned activities designed to support preparedness and help our schools and emergency partners work together to maintain a safe learning environment for our students and staff.

Mrs. Russo’s Scholars Academy Middle School students had a blast during their Phenomenon Station Lab! Students explored why birds can nose dive and survive, used their bodies’ energy to create circuits, and participated in other fun science experiments. 🐦⚡🧪
